Chocolate Emporium began in 1993 in University Heights, Ohio, with a small kitchen, a bold idea, and a question most chocolatiers weren't asking yet: what if great chocolate didn't have to leave anyone out? Long before vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free became labels on store shelves, we were quietly building a brand around the belief that chocolate should be something everyone gets to enjoy — regardless of diet, faith, or allergy.

More than thirty years later, that founding belief still shapes every batch we make. Most of our chocolates are crafted dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and Star-K Certified Kosher — without ever cutting corners on flavor, texture, or craftsmanship. From our storefront at 2169 S. Green Road to homes across the country through our online shop, we've stayed small enough to care about every detail, and steady enough to be trusted for over three decades.
